About us:

Auckland Hand Rehab is a progressive practice building a reputation for delivering excellent patient outcomes in a supportive close knit team environment. We pride ourselves on being progressive and challenging many of the older hand therapy norms.  We have a fabulous clinic in Rosedale, set up inside the Northcare accident and medical centre.

 

This is an extremely varied role with a good mix of simple and complex injuries as well as post-operative patients. We are fortunate to work closely with an orthopaedic hand surgeon who consults out of our rooms weekly as well as supporting the busy urgent care and fracture clinic located onsite.

 

About you:

We are looking for a motivated hand therapist wanting to further their skills in the specialised area of hand therapy. The successful candidate will be a keen and motivated fully Registered Hand therapist.

 

For the right candidate we would be willing to offer a training position. Auckland Hand Rehab offers a fully supported training programme working along side senior therapist with 15 plus years’ experience. Formal teaching and one on one supervision would be guaranteed. Auckland Hand Rehab will fund the Hand and Upper Limb paper at AUT and help to complete all requirements to reach registered Hand therapy status.
